Silai School Training Programme

Silai School Training initiated in the year 2011 supported by USHA International Ltd. Over years, RSP, SIDBI, MCL, NTPC and ONGC provided support for this programme.

Gram-Utthan is implementing partner of USHA International Ltd. since 2011. USHA Silai School programme both Classical and Satellite Silai school is implementing in 27 district of Odisha. We are managing 415 nos of Classical Silai School and 918 nos of Satellite Silai School in 27 districts across the state of Odisha.

Silai School Training Programme sponsored by SIDBI

Partnership with SAIL-RSP

In the initial stage Gram-Utthan selected 40 womens and trained them. After sucessfully completion of the training 40 women entrepreneurs opened 40 Silai School in theor locality. With a view to facilitated sustainable livelihood we decided setup 2nos of Training cum Production Center (TCPC). Then we selected 30 women @15 in 2 batches and provided training tailoring and management of TCPC. After sucessful completion of training we established 2 nos of TCPC.
